For more than 20 years, The Security Capital Group has been providing real estate investment opportunities for wholesale investors and private superannuation funds.

Security Capital Australia engaged horgancreative‘s graphic design skill set to design their new corporate identity. The brief from the client was simple: Experienced, professional and no gimmicks.

The solution was to create a corporate identity with clean aesthetics, portraying a mature and sophisticated brand. When creating the new identity it was important to consider the target market, which mainly consists of males, being 45 years of age and older. This impacted some key decisions in the construction of the new identity, especially in the areas of colour palate and typeface selection.

The outcome represents a brand that will stand the test of time, and engages well with prospective clients.
